This problem needs the traditional UN*X toolkit approach. First, we
pre-process the questionable file. As a card(etc.)-carrying member of
the Male Conspiracy(tm), I am shipping this with a broken regex.

while (<FILE>) {
	s/(wom)([ae])(n)/$1.$2=~m|[ae]|?"y":"Y".$3/ieg ; 
	print;
}

Now, we can simply do a search for /men/i . This is obviously the most
correct approach.
