[FWP] Tasteful colour generator

OK, I'll bite .... :)

How can you generate 'tasteful' colour sets?

rand(0xF).rand(0xF). rand(0xF).rand(0xF). rand(0xF).rand(0xF)

doesn't cut it :)

I was thinking of random (but nice) colour schemes for web pages.
