question: trying to make mod_perl fake out an http header to 
update a specific frame.  idea is to avoid having to write 
data to disk just to have it show up in the frame.  useful
for a number of things, in this case dealing with framesets
in html.  fun part is that this makes maintaing the code 
mucho easier.

question: has anyone managed to directly update a named frame
from mod_perl via http and/or html headers?  if so, how?
