At this point I think that's true in the same sense as statements like "many
people still use Jovial" or "many people still use Autocoder"; there may be
programs that were written in perl4, have no current maintainers, have noone
left would could test or debug them, and so are just left alone, untouched,
unmaintained.

But I really find it hard to believe anyone would code new perl4 today.
