Or something else using MIME quoted-unreadable content-encoding, which got
lost after Vicki re-posted the message.

(Chances are this message I'm posting now will be quoted-unreadable, but it
should have the correct MIME headers so that MIME-aware newsreaders will
decode the =3D to an equals sign.)
