Oh Uri, don't spoil a perfectly good hypothetical argument with pragmatics :-)

Like I said, it's not like I'm clamoring for this feature.  I'm just 
waiting to see an argument why it would be *wrong*.  I wouldn't dispute the 
argument that it wouldn't be worth the effort, but that's different.  I'm 
taking this discussion in the spirit of language purism, since it was 
supposed to be fun.
