There you go Andy, Marshall Mcluhan agrees with you. Let that be
a chasteninig thought...

On a more serious note, though--as I get old, I feel less and less
like having "fun with Perl". I mean that in a few senses. I don't
feel like playing with syntax. I don't feel like benchmarking for
the hell of it. I don't feel like taking on a "challenge", or ob-
fuscating, or reducing keystrokes, or "misusing" the parser, or
generally doing anything weird.
