I love Open Source. Recently on another list some students asked "What is
Linux missing that would fit into a year project for a team of students?"
This started a _very_ long thread of the following format... "Why don't
you do XXX?", followed by, "No, that's been done already see http://...."

OK. So we need a standardized markup of the thing. Maybe borrow XML?
