[FWP] project: a very complex and specific usenet stat generator

Concept: an automation to gather statistics on post length and
reply length, towards the goal of posting (on a web page) statistics
about who are the greatest producers of original text lines, and
who are able to produce the greatest responses in terms of ratio
of original to quoted lines, and in terms of sheer number of original
lines.

Thoughts?
