Hah!  If the shell can handle the command line, it's short enough to
be a one-liner!

But csh is a lot less fun.  Try this:

    echo "\""

on csh and on sh...

The illustrious Tom Christiansen wrote a well-reasoned attack on csh,
which is interesting reading.  Now if only I could get our system
group to install zsh as a legitimate login shell...
