Perl folks, This is a sort of perl and sort of multicast question... I'm using the wonderful new IO::Socket::Multicast to listen a a multicast data stream on a multicast group just fine. Let's say for the sake of argument, that the group is 224.10.10.123 and I'm using port 100. Now it turns out that I need to also listen to 224.10.10.200 and port 100. If I try to do that with two different scripts on the same machine, the second fails because the first is already listening to port 100. So I'd like to try using one script to listen to both multicast addresses. However, when the data comes in, how can I tell which group in came in on? Anyone messed with this stuff before?
