Much like cycling through hundreds of inappropriate random
card distributions (and thus slowing the program by a couple of
orders of magnitude) to save bytes in the bridge challenge a
few weeks back.  That's what golf's all about.

Actually, the creators of the original qrpff.pl have a version 
a few bytes longer that uses a cache to speed things up enough 
that it's able to decode a movie in real time.
