If RACE succeeds as the method to expand DNS to Unicode, there'll be quite a
lot of domains with double hyphens in the middle; RACE converted names start
with 'bq--'.

Hm, I wonder which financial institution grabs bq--ecwa.com (aka "\N{EURO
SIGN}" or "\x{20AC}").
