[FWP] perl event: san francisco perl users group meeting

this tuesday, the san francisco perl users group is having an informal
discussion on 'Design Patterns in perl'.  the purpose is to highlight
design patterns that fit well within perl, determine those that are less
applicable, and to generally share experience on our use of design
patterns in our programming.
