I did have to transfer these files from my MacPerl to his PC, but I used BBEdit to change all the \r's to \r\n's before copying the files. Would there be anything else? I thought / vs. \ in the pathing might be the issue, but hacked that in autoloader and didn't make a difference. I downloaded DB_File 1.65 from CPAN, but it just dropped down flat w/no directory structure and it appeared to not have all of the needed files. I'll try it again now that i know where everything goes. Tried to talk him into getting a Mac, but that's a no-go despite his frustrations with WinDOS.
