[MacPerl-AnyPerl] Web mail

Before I reinvent the wheel using  either Net::POP3 or 
Mail::POP3Client (I didn't use either and I don't know which one is 
the best), is there a module to create something like a web interface 
for email.

What I want to do is to be able to retrieve email, send email, keep 
and delete messages.

I had a look at CPAN and couldn't find such a beast.
