My local paper reads "Global electronic trading
took a step closer to reality over the weekend with the long-awaited legal
recognition of digital signatures in the US."
How is perl and it's use across networks going to
interact with electronic signatures? Any modules that are involved with this
process? What would you start thinking about as a perlie in regards to
