[MacPerl-Forum] New MacPerl?

I read somewhere, I think, that Matthias is working on a new version of MacPerl.
Is this true?

Also, I wondered if anyone can give me an indication of the likely future for
MacPerl, or whether support and interest in MacPerl is dwindling and Linux is
the way to go.
