In this case =0D is a CR hence he posted a mac text file with no conversion. It probably also had some other Mac 8bit char like the f in 'MacPerl f' as is commonly seen MacPerl error messages. I'd recommend that he ftp that file over in text or ascii mode to the mailserver and send it from there. Perhaps others could suggest ways to get a Mac mail user agent to deal with importation of text.
