I got it to install by skipping and not dieing ... note though that the
problem with Mail::Folder was not the 31-char problem.  It was only 28
chars.  But it had a : in the filename, which is Bad.  :)  Anyway, in the
next version of cpan-mac, Mail::Folder installs under the CPAN shell.
