Essentially zero, since a lot of the modules get updated regularly.
Even the main Perl distribution doesn't have 'new everything'
(probably not even the just released 5.6-to-be, although I didn't
check it).  Doing a CPAN run immediately after doing a perl install is
a tradition.  Versioning and tracking updated is the job of CPAN.pm,
and it does it pretty well.

But I'm sure we'll get 'almost new everything'.

My feeling is that anything that's needed to have cpan-mac running
properly should be included in the distribution.  Then useful XS
modules should be considered.  But since we now have CPAN.pm, pure
Perl can be left to the discresion of the user.
