The only central repository is http://pudge.net/mmp.

The only way to build XS is to get MPW from Apple along with the MrC compilers.

Given what you want, and what you say below about a free webserver, 
you'll be much happier and much better off if you can find a box to 
install Linux or one of the BSD's on it and use it to do what you 
want.  You're going to suffer trying to do this under Mac OS.
