I feel a bit guilty because I've had this raw unpolished tutorial sitting around for a few months now explaining this stuff, and I have NOT had time to clean it up. However, it sounds like you can probably hack your way to the solution. For a CW IDE project, using XS, I posted something some time back giving hints, and as I recall it was clear enough that at least one brave soul understood it and was able to use the instructions. :-) So look for MacPerl and XS and CW using DejaNews, and you should locate that post.
