Yeah, I imagine we may keep around the old stuff, and add a field in the
MMP page for MacPerl version, and build new builds for the new version.  I
probably won't even have the capability to build stuff for 5.2.0r4 anymore,
unless I see a real need to keep 5.2.0r4 around.  And I am hoping I won't.
