[MacPerl-Porters] Configure.MPW now available in repackaged format(s)

Hi,

It has come to my attention that some folks have been having
difficulty downloading the Configure.MPW script from my ISP.
After a bit of poking around this evening I found a reasonably
usable DropStuff (5.2.1 - recent) implementation and was able
to repackage Configure.MPW so that it is now also available from:
