I was hoping to give you a breather, by at the VERY least inserting my article
on Perl Filters in there somewhere.  The calander I'd laid out previously,
although tentative would give you several months worth of "breather".

Who controls the archive at bumppo.net, and can we see to it that
macperl-scribes is archived there?  Mail older than a certain date on my Mac is
gathered up and summarily executed by the garbage-collection "daemon", so to
speak.  If I don't make a concerted effort to save it, certain information just
goes away after a while.  I've had to increase the frequency of garbage
collection of late, so the scope is pretty short.
