I *knew* I could find this one...
http://208.148.16.10/infomac2/textprocessing/email-address-finder-10.html
(ugly url - but it's there)

Here's some other suggestions - from doing some browsing):
http://www.emailman.com/mac/utilities.html
http://hyperarchive.lcs.mit.edu/HyperArchive/Abstracts/comm/inet/mail/HyperArchive.html
http://hyperarchive.lcs.mit.edu/HyperArchive/Abstracts/comm/inet/mail/escan-102-ppc.hqx.abs
http://www.tensionsoftware.com/urlextractor/index.html

Uhhhhh... these solutions aren't in Perl, that I know of. Were you
specifically looking for something in Perl?

(Maybe that's a stupid question).
