[MacPerl-WebCGI] What's a good Quid Pro Quo type web server for PC?

Thanks for all the help on my last question "Is there a way to run CGI
scripts LOCALLY through a Web browser?". I received some great help and am
up and running on my Mac.

I do, however, do some freelance work on a PC and would find it helpful to
have the same capabilities on "the other side". Does anyone know a good
Quid Pro Quo type FREE web server program for the PC that would allow the
same local capabilities.
