If you search the archives of the list for a message from David Steffen (I think Yesterday) called "A CGI Dispatcher", it has a script that you can use to deal with this problem. If you can't find it (I seem to recall something about difficulties with a list archive, but that might not have been this list?), then maybe David will resend it to you.
