[MacPerl-WebCGI] line termination characters

Some time ago, there was some discussion here of what the line
termination characters should be after the Content-type line output by
CGIs. I was given to understand that the standard says
"\0x0d\0x0a\0x0d\0x0a". So I took some scripts with this kind of line
termination after the Content-type line to an MkLinux (Power Mac 7100)
box and Apache rejected them. Editing to "\n\n" satisfied Apache.

Is it perhaps illegal to _mix_ line endings? I had used "\n" in a few
other places, ... ."
