Are you talking Java or Javascript here? I found the dialogs to turn both 
on and off in Netscape, but could only find the Java settings dialog in 
IE.

Do you know of any security issues with Javascript? (Besides things like 
causing the user problems by putting their browsers in endless loops, I 
mean.) My understanding is that Javascript doesn't include any of the 
dangerous functions like opening and closing files.
