[MacPerl] Perl programmer wanted

Hi,
I have a site on the WEB
http://www.westworld.com/~ah.ha/optimisms.html
that I would like to convert as electronic post cards
similiar to
http://persona.www.media.mit.edu/Postcards/
but less complicated, whereby sender scrolls selection presented,
chooses a post cardand emails it to a sendee.
Sendee is notified via email they have a post card and is given
my URL to get it along with a password to access their card.
I have everything I want already on a disc.
It just needs a programmer to place it on my WEB page
with the proper links and format. I am told it is a perl format.
 I use a MAC.
