There's an offline HTML reader called HTMLViewer, available from:

        <ftp://nic.switch.ch//mirror/info-mac/text/html/html-viewer-111.hqx>

(and other Info-Mac mirrors). I haven't really tried it out, but it's under
300K on disc and needs only 512K of memory. Worth a try?
