This argument is important. I have access to News, but it sucks.
And my mailer is a _much_ better environment for reading that my
news reader.

There is a program that will echo a newsgroup to email, and email
to the newsgroup. So it would probably be easiest to maintain a
small list of people who want the news as email. Digests are nice,
as long as they contain all postings.
