[MacPerl] Next Generation pods

I foolishly inverted the sense of the test for success in the Mac::AppleEvents
and Mac::Resources modules, so the documentation has had the sense reversed.
As Matthias says:
    - A successful call returns whatever it returns or 1 if it has no natural
      return values.
    - An unsuccessful call returns 0 or undef
(makes sense to me ;-)

I am going to take a look at the pod2html translator v1.20 and see if I can
fix it to work the way god intended.
