Hi, I'm about to release an update of my TableMaker utility which I wrote in perl. It is a droplet for converting tab or comma delimited text into HTML tables. It supports lots of table attributes including border, width, height, cellpadding, cellspacing, headers, horizontal alignment, column/row spanning, etc. It works with MacPerl versions 4 and 5 (but you'll need AppleScript installed if you're using version 4). Before I announce it to the general public, I would appreciate it if some people on this list would try it out and give me their critical opinion on any aspects of the program . Please send the comments directly to me and not the list. It is located at: http://www.missouri.edu/~c588349/perl/tablemaker-droplet-11-pl.hqx Thanks in advance to all those who try it out. -Sam Sam Choukri \ <http://www.missouri.edu/~c588349/> / sam@pobox.com ---------------* *----------------- John Lennon - sights, sounds, info | TableMaker - make HTML 3.0 tables ColorMaker - color your web pages | FrameShop - make Netscape frames
