[MacPerl] Dropping files on runtime

Hi:

I'm using version 507 and am having trouble packaging my script as a 
standalone runtime. Here's why:

It runs fine as a droplet (you drop files on it and it does its 
thing).

It runs fine as a runtime on my hard drive (you drop files on it and 
it does its thing).

If I copy the runtime to a floppy disk or to another comnputer, I 
can't drop files on it. It won't let me. It does seem to work if you 
double click on it, but that's not how it's set up to receive input.

Any ideas why?
