                   --------------------------------------

Hollywood, CA--SYDNEY URSHAN MUSIC is shipping InterScript(tm) with the
InterScript Telnet Client(tm), a software package that gives Internet users
the capability to instantly generate custom made Internet scripts in Perl,
cgi-bin, C, Java, or On-the-Fly HTML languages for custom functions and
feature enhancements for use on the Internet, and is the replacement for
NCSA Telnet.

Great for Internet novices and absolutely no programming experience is
necessary.

InterScript(tm) works with Mac and Windows!

   * InterScript(tm) (FAT) is compatible with the entire Macintosh family using
     6.0 or later system software and is Power Macintosh native.

   * InterScript(tm) (Win32) works with Windows 95, Windows NT, and Windows 3.1
     with Win32S installed.

InterScript(tm) generates scripts by simply setting preferences for the
desired script and pulling down a menu to the desired script. Instantly,
the custom built script shows up in a folder. The script(s) are then
installed to your Internet account with InterScript Telnet Client(tm). The
whole process is done with one easy to use application.

InterScript Telnet Client(tm) is the improved replacement for NCSA Telnet
which has discontinued because it is no longer funded as a project.
InterScript Telnet Client(tm) has many enhancements to the last release of
NCSA Telnet which SYDNEY URSHAN MUSIC is now funding. InterScript(tm) DEMO
1.0 is the equivalent to NCSA Telnet 2.8 Release (if it existed) with
modifications and bug fixes, and the addition of automatic scripting
capabilities.

Some scripts that come with InterScript(tm):

   * 1.  Auto e-Mail Responder
     Have your e-Mail account automatically send a reply to incoming
     e-Mail.

   * 2. Counter, Date, and Clock
     Add a counter, date, and clock to your Home Page.

   * 3.  e-Mail Log
     Automatically makes a log of e-Mail addresses of visitors to your
     Home Page.

   * 4.  e-Mail Retriever
     Automatically go to remote hosts and retrieve e-Mail addresses.

   * 5. News Poster (included in the DEMO version)
     Automatically post to Usenet Newsgroups.

   * 6.  On-the-Fly HTML
     Use with your Order Form on your Home Page. After someone orders
     your product, a custom On-the-Fly Page is generated with the text
     and links of your choice. The order is then sent to your e-Mail
     address in readable format (not "Form Posted from Mozilla", etc.)

   * 7.  Search Engine
     Make your own custom search engines so visitors to your Home Page
     can search through your Pages or other remote Pages.

   * 8.  Shopping Cart
     Use to sell multiple products from your Home Page. Shoppers can
     search products, add them to the cart, remove them, subtotal them,
     then buy!

   * 9.  Scrolling Text
     Makes scrolling text at the bottom of your Home Pages.

   * Interfaces with Netscape.
     Netscape has Preference Settings designed to interface with InterScript
     Telnet Client(tm).

   * Note: Some scripts require cgi-bin access from your Internet
     account.

   * We are accepting proposals from software developers to design
     3rd-Party Plug-In scripts for InterScript(tm) on any platform.
