[MacPerl] Perl 4 CGIs -> Perl 5 CGIs

I'm finally moving over to Perl 5 from Perl 4 and need to figure out the
changes required to redo my CGIs. I need to know two things:

1. Is there new glue for this? (I currently use PCGIFeb95)
2. Can I use the UNIX CGI.pm libraries without modification? I've
previously used the cgi-lib.pl library without any problems.
