[MacPerl] Two CGI question...

When I run MacPerl cgi scripts on my server a dialog box appears
that says: "This program relays MacHTTP search ..." and that it will
quit in 5 minutes. 

1) Is there a way to disable these dialog boxes? 

When the box is displayed, it forces
the web server app into the background thus slowing the server (until I
reset the server app to the foreground).


2) Can the script be made to quit immediately after its job is done,
   rather than 5 minutes later?
