[MacPerl] Running CGI on dialup

I just started to write some cgi scripts. I want to test them with MacHTTP
on my machine with a PPP connection. I have yet to have a single success.

I'm using the latest MacPerl(5.1.3). I looked inside the Mac CGI folder,
and I don't see the CGI Script file, which is supposed to be put into the
MacPerl Extensions folder. What's the minimal setup to do what I wanted to
do?
