I like the idea. It's true that I'm not selling anything. However

- Self promotion & feeding my narcissism are major motivators for me. 
- It's important to emphasize the value of workhorse tools, not just
  the flashy ones. We need more "This site was created with Perl and
  displays just splendidly with Lynx" banners.

Chris' Logo at http://pudge.net/graphics/perl.gif looks fine to me.
Including it with a link to

sounds like a nice idea.
