[MacPerl] CGI with WebStar

I am trying to rum perl cgi-scripts with MaPerl 5 and WebStar.
When calling Demo.cgi or Demo.acgi through the webserver as a test
MacPerl bombs or does not respond.
What has to be placed where to make it work.
