Best bet is CGI.pm on CPAN. It describes in some detail the use of cookies
in the man page, and provides simple methods for dealing with them.

I forget, does the latest CGI.pm work with MacPerl fine? I never had any
problems, but I have an old version. It's now up to version 2.36, and the
docs are at:

        http://www-genome.wi.mit.edu/ftp/pub/software/WWW/cgi_docs.html

Matthias, any ETA on MacPerl "5.004" ? I'm assuming that will include CGI.pm.
