[MacPerl] Specifying commandline opts in "do script" to MacPerl

After looking at MacPerl's scripting terminology and the droplet source
code I think it is not possible to put a commandline into a droplet that
gets passed to the contained script when MacPerl executes it.

I'm currently working on a small commandline editor application (in
FaceSpan and AppleScript, incidentally). It works for Java apps created
with Apple's MRJ and I'd like it to be usable for MacPerl droplets, too.
