No, there is no equivalent to the MacPerl commands (I assume you are
talking about the MacPerl namespace, occupied by subroutines like
MacPerl::Reply, &c.).  Perl is a UNIX language, in essence, and a
UNIX-specific function will be either a built-in function (like fork()) or
will be in a separate package/extension.  It will not carry any name like
UnixPerl, as most perl5-porters would see that as redundant.
