If I were approaching this, I'd start with the hard part, namely deciding what makes a sentence. If you are very lucky, then the rule might be to consider that every period followed by two spaces and every question mark or exclamation point followed by at least one space ends a sentence. For some assurance, I'd try just printing out the sentences. Maybe only the first fifty or one hundred. In any case, the rest is simple if tedious. I see no advantage to reading paragraphs at all. There may be a fraction of a line left when you complete a sentence, but that's the only look ahead needed. Piece o' cake.
