[MacPerl] Just tested the \w meta-char on 514r4

Hi,

In writing recently to Lasse H Petersen I mentioned that the following
script:
   $string = join("", map {chr} (128 .. 255));
   @chars = split(/\w/,$string);
   print "$] $#chars\n";

would print non-zero results for $#chars for older MacPerls. I am
happy to report that I just obtained a golden rare opportunity to
retreive code from the internet beyond our firewall and can report
that MacPerl_514r4 does indeed return:

  5.004 0

for the above script. Hence my reference to the difference between
MacPerl and others perl's regarding the \w regexp metachar no longer
is relevant. Sorry to have confused you Lasse.
