Although my other statement may SEEM to conflict with this, it doesn't. =)
The ACGI is able to serve more than one request at once because it frees up
the server, which can then send it another request. I may be mistaken, but
I'm pretty sure ACGIs DO handle more than one request at a time. If someone
knows otherwise, please correct me. =)
