The MacPerl Pages (http://www.ptf.com/macperl/) have had only a couple of tweaks, lately: * We split off "MacPerl Announcements" from "Media Coverage"; the glut (!) of announcements was making it hard to find the articles. The "Media Coverage" page, BTW, will soon contain links to HTML for the referenced articles, as permitted by the authors and publishers. * We added a "Change Notes" page to the MacPerl book area, making life a bit easier for our reviewers... Speaking of which, we continue to make progress on the MacPerl book: Release 0.3 (971110): Restructured a little, tweaked a lot, then added some chapters: In Part II (Learning The Language), added "Building Blocks". In Part III (Advanced Topics), added "The MacPerl Package" and "The Toolbox Modules". In Part IV (Language Reference), added "Special Variables" and "MPW Perl". In Part V (Function Reference), added "Data Manipulation". Our acknowledgements page has gotten large enough (nearly 50 entries!) that we went to single-spaced format. There's plenty of room for more reviewers, though, so don't be shy! BTW, we have had very little response to the "MacPerl used here" banner. Either nobody is using it or they simply haven't bothered to let us know. In any case, if you'd like a link on the MacPerl Pages to your site, just put up the banner, linked as per the instructions, then tell us about it!
